Under the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the improvement of rural architectural style has become a key issue. Traditional exterior wall materials such as red brick plain water walls and ceramic tile walls have problems such as weathering and peeling, water seepage and fading, and safety hazards, which are difficult to meet the needs of modern rural construction. The water in sand technology, with its realistic stone like effect, strong weather resistance, lightweight and safety advantages, has become the preferred solution for rural building renovation.
Sand in water technology forms a dense coating through the composite process of polymer lotion and natural colored sand, which effectively blocks rainwater penetration, and has excellent UV resistance and acid and alkali resistance. Taking Kaben water in sand as an example, its weight is only 1/10 of that of stone, completely solving the risk of tile detachment, and it has rich colors that can simulate the texture of natural stone such as granite and marble. In a rural renovation project in Zhejiang Province, a color scheme combining white linen with British brown lines was adopted, with no more than three overall color schemes. This not only maintains a simple and atmospheric exterior, but also enhances the texture of architectural details.
Technical implementation should follow the principle of minimalist design, combined with EPS decorative lines or foam ceramic components, and add three-dimensional carvings on eaves, columns, and other parts to avoid excessive decoration. In addition, the construction of sand in water requires strict control over the processes of base treatment, primer coating, intermediate coating spraying, etc., to ensure the adhesion and durability of the coating. In the future, with the promotion of national invention patent certification, water in sand technology will further optimize color presentation and construction efficiency, providing a "beautiful, practical, and safe" solution for rural buildings.
